I brought a 2002 Mercedes it seemed like a good deal I e some unexpected issues with it but again it’s a used 02 after suffering in a real bad head on truck accident I had to rush and get a vehicle I afford to buy out because of dialysis.

Top tear service!! Great communication. Keeps my 2009 ML350 running like new for a fraction of what the dealer would charge. Had an issue pop up over the weekend not a big deal but wanted to get ahead of it. I texted Marco and Michel at 4pm on a Saturday and they responded within minutes. Taking my ML to then first thing Monday morning. Try getting service like that from a dealership.

I just saw the review below and it shocked me. I doubt that it is real. I have been taking my car(s) to this shop for MANY years... When My car breaks down in San Francisco on a business trip who do I call? THIS shop. They take care of me so well I do not let anyone touch my cars but them.. They have always come WELL under the prices quoted by others and the service is impeccable. Michele is upfront and honest.. doesn't sugar coat your problems and gives it to you straight and deals with stubborn customers well ( that's me)
